SmileDirectClub puts the health and safety of our team members and customers first.

A number of sanitizing, cleaning and hygienic measures are taken before each appointment. Those include:

  • Ensuring our Smile Guides maintain excellent personal and environmental hygiene. Each Smile Guide checks their temperature every day before work, wears a face mask, shield, latex gloves, and sterilizes and keeps their hands clean at all times.

  • Assuring that our Smile Shops are clean and safe for all customers and team members. We therefore require all customers to complete a temperature check and hand sanitizing before entering our scan rooms.

  • Rescheduling scan appointments for customers with symptoms of respiratory tract infection or fever.

  • Allotting time for Smile Guides to perform personal and environmental sanitizing measures between each appointment.

Our dental team
designs your plan.

We make a 3D image of your teeth that lets us see what's going on and helps us design your treatment plan. There are two easy ways to make this image: You can visit a SmileShop for an in-person scan, or use our at-home kit to create impressions you can send to us. A UK registered dentist reviews and approves your custom treatment plan. SmileShop customers can get a premium teeth whitening sample that gives results in just one week.

STEP 2:

Our dental team
creates your aligners.

We share a preview of your smile transformation, then create your custom aligners. We'll ship them to you all at once, so there's no wait. Your assigned UK registered dentist or orthodontist will have regular virtual check-ins, guiding your treatment remotely from beginning to end. 

STEP 3:

You show the world
a new smile.
