  • Assuring that our Smile Shops are clean and safe for all customers and team members. We therefore require all customers to complete a temperature check and hand sanitizing before entering our scan rooms.

  • Rescheduling scan appointments for customers with symptoms of respiratory tract infection or fever.

  • Allotting time for Smile Guides to perform personal and environmental sanitizing measures between each appointment.

If you are eligible for treatment, it’s your first step to getting a straighter smile. During your visit, a SmileGuide will take a 3D image of your current smile, which will be used to create a treatment plan that will be reviewed and approved by a registered UK dentist. The best part is you only have to go once, and it’s just 30 minutes. Say goodbye to waiting rooms!

Our minimum age requirement for clear aligner treatment is 12 years old, and patients must have all permanent teeth present, except for teeth 1, 16, 17 and 32. For patients under the age of 16, we need a parent or guardian's consent on the  provided during the evaluation step to proceed with the SmileDirectClub clear aligner treatment. Customers aged 16 to 18 will need to produce a pre-signed parental consent form, either printed out/shown on a mobile phone, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the appointment.

First, get started with our £39 at-home impression kit or a 3D image at a SmileShop. Once your new smile is ready, you have two convenient payment options. With Single Pay, make a one-time payment of £1739 – half the cost of our competitors.5 You can also pay over time with our SmilePay™ option. Under our 25-month payment plan, you pay an initial deposit of £73.73, then £73.66 a month for 25 months for a total payment of £1915.23 (£1739 financed at 9.9% APR following a soft credit check**). It is as simple as that. At the end of treatment, you'll want to purchase retainers to preserve your new smile. We sell retainers for £99 a set. Yes. If your dental plan provides orthodontic benefits you may be reimbursed directly from your insurance company after purchasing your aligners. SmileDirectClub doesn't accept direct payment from insurance companies.
